NSPD maintains law, order, and public safety across every district of NorthStar City. Officers operate under a strict command hierarchy, following proper radio procedure, use-of-force policy, and professional conduct standards on every call.

The core of NSPD. Patrol officers respond to all calls, conduct traffic stops, and are the primary face of law enforcement in NorthStar City. Every active shift puts patrol on the street.
All NSPD units operate on a structured radio system with proper 10-codes and callsigns. Every unit communicates through dispatch clean radio, every time.
Integrity is enforced, not assumed. IA handles complaints, misconduct investigations, and ensures NSPD standards are upheld from Trainee to Chief of Police.
NSFD operates four specialized battalions covering every aspect of emergency response active structure fires to multi-casualty medical incidents. Firefighters train to standard and respond to standard.
Whether it's a working fire or a trauma call, NSFD arrives with the right personnel, the right protocol, and a command structure that keeps everyone accountable from the scene to the station.
Primary suppression response for all fire-related incidents. Structure fires, vehicle fires, hazmat Battalion 1 leads the attack and commands the scene.
Emergency medical services and on-scene patient care. First medical response to all trauma, cardiac, and critical incidents across NorthStar City.
Responsible for recruit onboarding, certifications, and ongoing department-wide training. Every NSFD member starts here and returns here to advance.
Upholds NSFD standards across all ranks. Investigates conduct violations and ensures the department maintains its professional integrity at every level.
NSDOT manages traffic flow, road safety, and infrastructure across NorthStar City. Working in direct coordination with NSPD and NSFD at major incidents, DOT technicians control perimeters, manage emergency corridors, and keep the city operational while other departments do their work.
Often the unsung department but every serious scene runs better with NSDOT on site.
Manage traffic flow at major incidents, intersections, and road closures. DOT coordinates directly with NSPD and NSFD to clear corridors and maintain public safety.
Respond to hazards, debris, and infrastructure failures. Road Operations keeps NorthStar City's streets functional and safe between emergency events.
Deploy barriers, lighting, and safe zones at active emergency scenes. Scene Support ensures every first responder has a secure, controlled operational area.
